Job summary

ARAG seeks an Operations Executive to join a busy, supportive team in Dublin with hybrid working. You will handle customer-focused service and collaborate across the team, with full training and study support for an APA qualification in insurance over four years.

You will manage calls, admin tasks, invoices, and support sales campaigns, working with Account Executives and Managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, claims, or customer-facing roles is desirable but not essential.
• Willingness to complete 3 APA Insurance Exams within 4 years of start date.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and accurately take information for handoff to team members.
• Liaise with Operations Manager and team on all admin work.
• Perform general office duties and act as first point of contact for calls.
