Enterprise Mobility’s Flex‑E‑Rent division in Dublin is hiring a Customer Assistance Representative. The role focuses on delivering top-tier customer service in person, over the phone, and via email, while managing vehicle bookings and fleet systems.

You will build strong customer relationships, support account management, and handle admin tasks to help revenue growth. The position offers a structured career path with a €31,600 base salary and a clear training roadmap, plus a potential promotion

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer care skills.
• Flexible approach to work.
• Experience handling enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face.
• Full Irish Manual Driving Licence is required for this role.
• Business IT skills (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
• Ability to pass security checks.
