Job summary

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to develop leadership skills across customer service, sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience and have opportunities to progress to branch management in a relatively short timeframe.

The programme focuses on real responsibilities across operations, finance, and people development, with a pathway to lead teams and grow within the organisation in Dublin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; professional experience may substitute.
• Full manual driving licence for ROI/UK/EU; we accommodate non-drivers due to disability where applicable.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling reservations and enquiries.
• Develop sales and marketing connections with local partners and customers.
• Understand financial mechanics including cost control and profitability.
• Learn fleet management, planning and performance driving.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team as you grow into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, professional experience can be substituted if applicable.
• You must have a full manual Republic of Ireland, UK or EU driving licence, but we do make accommodations for applicants who don't drive due to a disability.
• No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years is permitted.
