Responsibilities

• Ownership and accountability for ensuring delivery of client service excellence.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding asset servicing operations.
• Adhere to procedures and Service Level Descriptions.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily/weekly/monthly deliverables.
• Serve as main operational contact for client inquiries with internal partners.
• Proactively monitor client deliverables and address issues.
• Identify revenue-generating or cost-reducing client operational efficiencies.
• Lead client service reviews and manage client accounts.
• Administer client accounts and maintain SLAs.
• Manage project restructures and transitions; document and mitigate client risk issues.
• Work with clients to automate manual processes and minimize risk.
• Ensure timely invoicing and collection of fees.
