Job summary

OurClient in Dublin City Centre seeks a custody specialist with a track record in end-to-end custody operations and a strong grasp of investment funds.

The role requires managing settlements, reconciliations, and corporate actions, while acting as the main point of contact for custodians and internal teams to uphold controls and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in an end-to-end custody role.
• Strong knowledge and interest in the investment funds industry.
• Strong technical background including advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day custody and investment operations across asset classes.
• Monitor cash and securities reconciliations with custodians, brokers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee corporate actions, income events and settlement activity, ensuring timely processing.
• Act as a key contact for custodians and investment stakeholders to support controls and process improvements.
