Job summary

STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a CMS Officer in Ireland to support high-quality custody services for designated institutional clients. You will coordinate between clients, investment managers, operations and support functions to ensure delivery within our control framework.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in banking/investment fund operations.
• Strong understanding of custody operations, settlements and payments.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary coordination point between clients, investment managers, operations and support functions.
• Manage day-to-day client service inquiries and operational escalations; resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare management information, service dashboards and client reporting packs.
• Support onboarding of new funds, clients and investment managers; participate in change activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, client experience and risk management.
