Job summary

Northern Trust in Limerick, Ireland, is seeking an experienced Custody Client Service professional to manage and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients. You will own all aspects of service delivery, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely, accurate responses to custody-related queries.

The role requires strong knowledge of Fund Services, custody operations, and excellent client communication skills, with a focus on service quality and regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in Fund Services, preferably Custody.
• Strong knowledge of the securities industry and related instruments.
• Proven ability to lead and influence within a client service context.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication with partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Own Custody relationship for assigned client(s).
• Serve as point of contact for all client queries, including investigations and resolutions.
• Proactively communicate with internal and external clients.
• Lead service reviews and track delivery against plans.
• Ensure adherence to REMS, CASS and MiFID II requirements.
• Develop relationships with business partners, trustees and external advisors.
• Escalate service issues to Relationship/Client Service Managers as needed.
• Promote high standards of integrity, accountability and client service.
