With over 90 dedicated professionals serving more than 650 clients and investment managers, this team prides itself on delivering Prompt Quality Responses to all client inquiries.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Custody Client Service Change Management Analyst. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the Client Service team by generating insights that facilitate informed decision-making. This position focuses on nurturing both internal and external client relationships, ensuring the delivery of superior service to a growing client base.

• Identifying internal process opportunities and employing LEAN principles to enhance efficiency within the organisation.
