Job summary

Northern Trust Ireland is seeking a Senior Consultant in Custody Client Services to lead the controlled migration of custody and banking clients to the Irish Branch. You will bring structure, drive cross-functional collaboration across teams, and ensure client outcomes, regulatory delivery, and operational readiness throughout planning, cutover and stabilisation.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and/or business analysis capability to manage multiple client migrations and workstreams.
• Ability to coordinate and influence cross-functional teams in a complex, regulated environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans covering scope, timelines and dependencies.
• Coordinate migration workstreams ensuring alignment on scope and priorities.
• Provide governance, reporting and escalation for leadership.
• Embed risk, control and regulatory delivery across migration activities.
• Support change management and continuous improvement of the service model.
