Nexus Inclusion in Ireland seeks a hands-on Chief Technology Officer to own the architecture and technology roadmap. You’ll lead a blended team of in-house engineers and external partners, shape a scalable platform using React, Astro, Node.js on AWS, and embed digital accessibility as a core standard.

As a genuine player-coach, you’ll balance strategic vision with code reviews and delivery, influence product direction with the Head of Product, and champion security, performance and accessibility

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 3+ years leading development teams
• Strong English communication
