Qualifikationen

• Strong frontend engineering and leadership experience.
• Hands-on expertise in modern Angular (v21).
• Expert TypeScript skills and advanced types.
• Solid understanding of SOLID, design patterns and clean architecture.
• Experience with React and modern frontend practices.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, micro-frontends and state management.
• Experience with CI/CD, monorepos and code reviews.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical debt and architectural challenges.

Aufgaben

• Own frontend architecture, standards and engineering practices across Lightspeed UI.
• Develop production software for complex features and performance improvements.
• Identify and address technical debt and architectural risks.
• Lead design reviews, mentor the team and raise engineering standards.
• Own the component library and design system integration for Lightspeed UI.
• Promote AI-assisted development with validated, secure outputs.
• Collaborate with Backend and Platform Engineering on integration patterns and CI/CD tools.
• Manage technical Jira work and drive changes through to completion.
• Coordinate with Product and Design to keep priorities and risks visible.
• Mentor UI developers and support career development.
