Job summary

Sculpted by Aimee is seeking a proactive Assistant CRM Manager to drive CRM, email marketing, and retention initiatives across the UK and Ireland. You will own campaign planning, segmentation, and channel ownership, with responsibility for app push, SMS, and in-app messaging within a fast-growing beauty brand.

You’ll work with Klaviyo, Shopify and data platforms, collaborating with marketing and ecommerce teams, while supporting growth strategies and retention metrics across channels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a CRM/Email Marketing/Retention Marketing role.
• Strong working knowledge of Klaviyo and end-to-end email campaigns.
• Excellent attention to detail and QA processes.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance data.
• Commercial understanding of e-commerce and customer retention.

Responsibilities

• Plan, brief, build, schedule and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo across UK and Ireland.
• Create customer segments using behavioural, transactional and engagement data.
• Tailor content for different cohorts, markets and customer journey stages.
• Convert priorities into CRM briefs and channel tone of voice.
• Manage CRM calendar and ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with CRM design, e-commerce, product, retail, marketing teams.
• Support key trading moments (launches, Black Friday, Christmas).
• Proofread copy, manage links/tracking, QA across content and markets.
• Build and deploy app push, SMS, pop-ups, sign-ups per CRM strategy.
• Maintain campaign documentation in Asana; optimize flows.
