Vantage Resources is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in Dublin, with a hybrid work pattern (2 days on-site). The role requires extensive CRM experience, leadership in requirements gathering, and traceability for both business and technical needs.

You will document BRDs, design end-to-end workflows, manage user stories and acceptance criteria in Azure DevOps, and perform data analysis using Excel and SQL. A valid working visa is required.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role with CRM experience.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft environment, M365, Dynamics.
• Skilled in requirements management, process modelling (BPMN/Visio), and data analysis (Excel/SQL).
• Must have a valid working visa

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements gathering, validation, and traceability for business and technical needs.
