Job summary

Irish League of Credit Unions invites applications for a Senior Manager, Compliance Connect. The role leads Compliance Connect as a service and a business, accountable for subscriber relationships, income and the team, and serves as the senior face to CEOs, managers and boards of credit unions.

You will shape the service, develop new programmes, and balance regulatory credibility with commercial growth in a cross-border Irish context.

Qualifications

• Track record of building and retaining client or member relationships at senior level.
• Experience of developing a service: launching new products, programmes or offerings.
• Experience of managing and developing a team of professionals.
• Experience in compliance, risk, regulation or a closely related advisory field in financial services.
• Working understanding of the regulatory framework for Irish credit unions.
• Commercial awareness: comfortable owning income targets and forecasts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in the boardroom and at events.
• A relevant professional qualification in compliance, law, finance, business.
• Ability to travel regularly across ROI and NI.

Responsibilities

• Own subscriber relationships and growth with CEO/manager/board level engagements.
• Lead subscriber retention and renewals, including pricing and value conversations.
• Grow subscriber base across ROI and NI with tailored acquisition approaches.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and subscriber records.
• Represent Compliance Connect at sector events and forums.
• Set direction for next phase and lead development of new offerings.
• Strengthen the compliance community through forums, events and learning.
• Ensure guidance, documents and templates remain current.
