Job summary

Google Ireland is seeking a Creator Experience Policy Analyst for YouTube Monetization Trust and Safety. You will help implement policy principles, review content for brand safety, and manage fast-track escalations while staying current with evolving trends in online safety and abuse prevention.

The ideal candidate has 4 years in analytics and policy related to trust and safety, with strong communication to translate complex policy into clear guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
• Ability to work across time zones, including sporadic off-hours work and some weekend oncall work.

Responsibilities

• Implement policy principles into actionable enforcement guidelines for our video rater pool.
• Review controversial and sometimes offensive video content to determine whether or not they’re brand safe.
• Manage escalations with a fast turn-around time to define and deliver the best action plan.
• Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns in your policy area.
• Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimization.
