Job summary

Google Ireland in Dublin is seeking a Creator Experience Policy Analyst to support YouTube Monetization Trust and Safety. You will help define policy enforcement and protect creators and advertisers across Google platforms.

You will collaborate with engineers and policy teams across time zones, analyze data, review content for brand safety, and drive policy improvements with a focus on transparency and user trust.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.
• Ability to work across time zones, including sporadic off-hours work and some weekend oncall work.

Responsibilities

• Implement policy principles into actionable enforcement guidelines for our video rater pool.
• Review controversial and sometimes offensive video content to determine whether or not they’re brand safe.
• Manage escalations with a fast turn-around time to define and deliver the best action plan.
• Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns in your policy area.
• Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimization.
