Job summary

Google seeks a Video Solutions Expert in the gTech Ads Solutions team in Dublin, Ireland. You will become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients, focusing on video strategies across YouTube and DV360 while partnering with Ads Sales to tailor campaigns and media plans.

With 2+ years in digital media or advertising and fluency in Spanish and English, you will implement and measure campaigns, analyze data, and deliver client solutions that raise performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns and providing client solutions.
• 1 year of experience in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or a similar role.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently to support client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients, understanding their business and marketing challenges and how Google's Video solutions can address them.
• Partner with Ads Sales teams to develop and present compelling video advertising strategies and media plans tailored to client goals.
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of Video campaigns, particularly on YouTube, to meet and exceed customer objectives.
• Serve as the customer's go-to product expert for Video, providing consultative solutions and insights on platform features and best practices.
• Analyze video campaign data to draw actionable insights, providing data-driven recommendations to customers and internal teams to improve performance.
