Job summary

Google Ireland’s Trust and Safety team seeks a dedicated Analyst to translate policy into enforcement guidelines for our video and content platforms, protecting users and advertisers across Google products.

You will work across time zones, review potentially offensive content for brand safety, and drive process improvements through automation while staying current with evolving online safety issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in data analytics, trust and safety, policy, cyber-security, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Implement policy principles into actionable enforcement guidelines for our video rater pool.
• Review controversial and sometimes offensive video content to determine whether or not they’re brand safe.
• Manage escalations with a fast turn-around time to define and deliver the best action plan.
• Research and stay up to date on key trends and suspicious patterns in your policy area.
• Increase efficiency through automation, workflow streamlining, and system optimization. This role will be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting content.
