Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on YouTube or programmatic display.
• Experience in client-facing roles managing corporate relationships or agency accounts.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to support client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in high-scale performance products, particularly Demand Gen campaigns using video and image assets to drive conversions.
• Navigate complex account structures such as multi-vertical aggregator models in performance-heavy markets.
• Provide comprehensive support for major brand initiatives—campaign planning, guidance, implementation, and optimization.
• Create and secure large-scale media plans aligned with global events; act as technical and strategic advisor for Tier1/Tier2 clients.
