Zusammenfassung

Lucy Café, 6 Clanbrassil St Upr, Dublin 8, is seeking an experienced pastry cook to join the team on a part-time basis. You will prepare cakes, pastries and desserts to recipes and production standards, and help with pastry creams, custards and fillings.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years’ pastry experience and strong pastry technique knowledge. Ukrainian desserts experience is an advantage, and staff meals are provided along with a supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional pastry experience.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental pastry techniques.
• Ability to prepare classic pastry creams, including pastry cream (crème pâtissière), custards and other dessert components.
• Experience with Ukrainian cakes and desserts would be a significant advantage.

• Preparing cakes, pastries and desserts according to recipes and production standards.
