Job summary

Nixon McQuade in Dublin seeks a Corporate M&A Solicitor to join its leading Irish team. You will work on significant domestic and cross‑border transactions, advising Irish and international businesses, private equity investors and financial institutions.

You will work closely with Partners and senior lawyers, gaining direct client exposure and growing responsibility as you progress. The firm offers mentoring, high‑quality work and clear career progression for ambitious lawyers.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law and M&A.
• Experience advising on corporate transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical and technical skills.
• Good commercial awareness and practical problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative team player.
• Interested in developing client relationships and BD.
• Ambition to progress within a leading Corporate & M&A practice.

€90,000-€110,000 + Bonus

The Role

This is your opportunity to join one of Irelands leading Corporate M&A teams.

The team is involved in some of the most significant corporate transactions in the Irish market, advising leading Irish and international businesses, private equity investors and financial institutions.

The work is high-qualitywith exposure to complex domestic and cross-border transactions and one of the key M&A players in Ireland.

You will work closely with experienced Partners and senior lawyers, gaining direct client exposure and the opportunity to take greater responsibility for transactions as your experience develops.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on your existing corporate experience, develop your technical and commercial skills and work on some of the most interesting transactions in the Irish market.

The Person

• 2-5 years' PQE with experience in corporate law and M&A.
