The Panel is a top-tier Irish law firm with an international office network. The Corporate M&A team is growing, and you would join as an Associate with a focus on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions from the start.

You will work on public and private M&A, private equity and venture capital deals, investment transactions and shareholders’ agreements, with due diligence elements and partner support, while enjoying a friendly, open culture.

Qualificações

• 2+ years PQE in Corporate M&A within an Irish or international firm.
• Advanced drafting and written communication skills.
• Ambition to progress your career and a strong work ethic.
• Experience on large, high-profile domestic and international deals.

Responsabilidades

• Assist on public and private M&A deals.
• Support private equity and venture capital transactions.
• Handle investment transactions and shareholders’ agreements.

Corporate M&A Associate - Top Tier Irish Law Firm

Our client is a top tier Irish business law firm with an international office network. Its Corporate department is growing because client demand has stayed strong, and it is now an additional Associate with 2+ years’ PQE.

The department is recognised as a leading adviser in Ireland on domestic and international transactions. You’d be working on some of the largest, highest-profile and most complex deals in the Irish market and internationally, with real responsibility from the start.

The work includes:

• Public and private M&A
• Private equity and venture capital
• Investment transactions and shareholders’ agreements
• Running many transactions elements such as due diligence, with partner support where needed

You’ll need:

• To be a qualified solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE from an Irish or international law firm
• Relevant Corporate M&A transactional experience
• Advanced drafting and written communication skills
• A strong work ethic and the ambition to progress your career
