    • Capture stakeholder feedback and lessons learned to inform programme improvements and strengthen future partnerships.
  • Strengthening communication and engagement:
    • Support the development and implementation of a structured communications approach to promote CSR initiatives, share impact stories and enhance visibility of the programme both internally and externally.
    • Develop and maintain programme resources and materials, and support CSR activities where relevant.
  • Monitoring impact and enabling continuous improvement:
    • Support collection and analysis of information data related to CSR activities, embedding feedback mechanisms to measure impact, demonstrate value and inform ongoing programme development and actionable insights.
  • Maintaining alignment with best practice and evolving expectations:
    • Stay informed of emerging trends, regulatory expectations, and industry best practices to support the continuous enhancement of the CSR programme.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and standardise templates for scale and consistency.
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in social impact, corporate social responsibility (CSR), sustainability, community engagement or related field (typically 3+ years) and employee engagement within a global company.
