Job summary

Citco in Dublin is seeking a Senior Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager to lead the funds reporting function. You will coordinate and deliver financial statements under IFRS and US GAAP, and manage client relationships across the funds ecosystem.

You will guide a team of accountants, oversee budgeting and planning, and contribute to ongoing regulatory compliance. This role offers a structured career path within Citco's Fund Administration division.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in funds.
• Experience with IFRS and US GAAP on fund financial statements.
• Experience leading a team of accountants and/or auditors.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for funds.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or other designation preferred.
• Ability to travel as necessary.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage coordination and completion of financial and regulatory reporting services for funds.
• Lead engagements including planning, budgeting, client relationship management, and delegation of staff.
• Provide training on accounting standards and regulations for US GAAP and IFRS.
• Identify and communicate recent authoritative pronouncements for funds to the Financial and Regulatory Reporting group and clients.
• Lead a team of Financial and Regulatory Reporting staff, ensuring their work is produced accurately and to high standards, and that the work is allocated appropriately and reviewed thoroughly.
• Establish staff goals, prepare performance evaluations, and conduct individual and group staff meetings.
• Develop strong relationships with internal parties, clients, and audit firm personnel.
• Recognize and communicate potential opportunities for new clients as well as value-added service enhancements for existing clients.
• Write and/or review various reports related to engagements.
• Prepare ad hoc reports for the client upon request.
• Attend meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge to be passed down to the team.
