KPMG Ireland invites undergraduates in their final year and master’s students to join the Audit Graduate programme in Dublin. You’ll begin the Autumn 2027 intake on a 3.5-year training contract, working with real clients and pursuing ACA qualifications from day one.

You’ll be supported by a team, receive real-time coaching and feedback, access the KPMG Business School, and enjoy hybrid working, exam fees and dedicated study leave as you build a career in audit.

About The Programme

As an Audit Graduate in Dublin, you’ll join our Autumn 2027 intake on a 3.5-year training contract, working towards your your chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications alongside a cohort of fellow graduates. From day one, you’ll be part of a team, working with real clients and building an understanding of how businesses operate. Audit is about more than numbers — it’s about helping organisations build trust by making sure their financial information is accurate, reliable and meaningful. You’ll work with some of Ireland’s most recognised businesses, including Aer Lingus, Barry’s Tea, SMBC Aviation Capital, Irish Ferries and many more.
