Qualifications

The Role

This Senior Director, Corporate Finance & Restructuring opportunity offers the chance to become a trusted advisor to CFOs while leading high-profile engagements across M&A, finance transformation, restructuring, and business improvement projects. Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex Corporate Finance & Restructuring engagements across the full deal and business lifecycle.
• Support clients with M&A, due diligence, financial modelling, forecasting, capital raising, and transaction execution.
• Drive finance transformation, operating model improvements, and performance enhancement initiatives.
• Advise on restructuring, cash management, working capital optimisation, and business improvement programmes.
• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the firm's Irish and EMEA client base.

About You

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 10+ years' experience in finance, consulting, or corporate finance.
• Strong background in financial modelling, transaction support, finance transformation, or restructuring.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with ERP systems, planning tools, or finance technology solutions is advantageous.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and leveraging technology within finance.
