Job summary

Hunter Savage are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a highly regarded international practice in Dublin or London on a hybrid basis. You will work on high quality, complex M&A, private equity and private capital transactions, advising institutional investors, corporates and growth businesses across a broad range of corporate matters.

The role offers strong progression and exposure to domestic and international clients throughout the deal lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least two years' PQE within a leading corporate or M&A practice.
• Strong experience across M&A transactions.
• Exposure to private equity or private capital matters.
• Excellent technical ability and commercial awareness.
• Experience of complex cross border transactions would be advantageous.
• Collaborative approach and ambition to develop within a high performing team.
