Job summary

Berkley Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Dublin-based enterprise technology team on a contract for 12 months with strong extension potential. The role focuses on AI-enabled workflow automation using Python, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and enterprise API integration.

You will design, develop and deliver solutions, mentor peers, participate in API design, and ensure scalable, production-grade software aligned with enterprise standards in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Strong hands-on Python development experience.
Experience designing and delivering production-grade enterprise software.
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations.
Swagger/OpenAPI specification experience and API documentation.
Strong knowledge of JSON and web services.
Experience taking ownership of technical solution design.

Responsibilities

Design and develop AI-enabled workflow automation solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
Build and maintain Copilot Studio agents, actions, tools and workflows.
Develop supporting applications and automation components using Python.
Design and implement REST API integrations.
Mentor developers and support estimation and sprint planning.
Ensure solutions are scalable and align with engineering standards.
