  • Develop high-quality Board papers, strategic narratives, and senior-level presentations.
  • Lead forward-looking planning processes for upcoming priorities and strategic themes.
  • Act as key liaison for COO priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • Maintain the COO scorecard, tracking operational, financial, and strategic metrics (change delivery, cost & efficiency, vendor exposure, AI progress, resilience readiness).
  • Collaborate with Finance on benefits realisation, value tracking, and budget management.
  • Challenge priorities, identify duplication, and surface risks and dependencies to support better decision-making.
  • Oversee operational dashboards and reports.
  • Lead/ manage resources to efficiently achieve financial targets, implementing and executing the planning, forecasting, and managing of budgets.

What we’re looking for:

  • 7+ years in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior business roles (essential), preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fieldor the equivalent combination of education and experience (essential)

  • Proven experience managing operational governance, project delivery, and performance metrics
  • Enthusiastic about AI and motivated to embrace and apply new technologies to enhance customer and colleague experiences
