Responsibilities

• Develop the COO road map and roadmap report.
• Own the COO's intake process and prioritise requests.
• Oversee governance for COO requests, board papers, and regulatory asks.
• Craft strategic narratives and senior-level presentations.
• Lead forward-looking planning for priorities and themes.
• Maintain the COO scorecard with key metrics.
