  • Operate as part of the Global Risk team and support the application of globally agreed standards, procedures and risk practices.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and monitor new and emerging risks. These include risks from current operations, outsourced or delegated service providers, and proposed new products, services, and central initiatives.
  • Meet at least quarterly with practice and support function leads to review and update risk registers, escalating material risks to the CEOs, Risk Committees, relevant forums and the Board as appropriate.
  • Work closely with executive committees, governance forums, and the Board to identify, review, manage, and communicate risks. Prepare and share regular risk reports with the Risk Committee, applicable governance forums, executive committees, and the Board.
  • Collaborate with Finance to update and present the firm's annual ICARAP to key stakeholders, including the Board.
  • Assess strategic risks and scenarios to identify threats and opportunities relating to the achievement of the firm's strategic objectives.
  • Develop, maintain and periodically review key risk policies and frameworks, including the Risk Management Policy and Risk Appetite Framework, ensuring alignment with Group standards and regulatory expectations.

  • Deliver risk management training across the firm, promoting a strong risk culture and clear accountability for risk ownership.
