Job summary

Primeline in Ireland is seeking a Control Room Leader to oversee real‑time visibility and coordination of operations across a Micro Fulfilment Centre. You will manage order flow, labour deployment, and system performance to meet despatch deadlines and customer commitments.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, experience with OMS/WMS/ERP, and the ability to drive continuous improvement while collaborating with IT, engineering and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team and resolving system issues.
• Familiarity with Operations Management Systems, WMS and ERP environments.
• Ability to develop management reports and work with automated warehouse systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Control Room team for 24/7 operations.
• Monitor workload progress and ensure activities are completed safely and on time.
• Assess inbound/outbound workload and actions to maximise service performance.
