Job summary

STRIVE Search collaborates with a well-established Irish developer to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee a large apartment complex in Ireland. The role focuses on ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and schedule targets across multiple sites.

You will liaise with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders, implement robust project management processes, and provide leadership and strategic oversight across sites.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager or similar in multi-site residential developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes in apartment/high-density projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, engineering, or related field.
