Job summary

Global Professional Consultants is seeking a highly experienced Contracts Manager to oversee delivery across large-scale residential schemes in South Dublin. You will take commercial and operational responsibility across multiple sites, reporting to the Operations Director, and leading site teams to ensure on-time, within-budget performance.

The role requires proven main-contractor experience, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to risk, safety, and quality

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally large-scale residential.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery, programme, cost and quality across multiple residential projects in South Dublin.
• Manage and support Site Managers and project teams across each project.
• Take overall responsibility for commercial performance and risk management across the portfolio.
• Liaise with clients, design teams and subcontractors at a senior level across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety, CDM, and quality standards across all sites.
• Support resourcing, planning and sequencing across the project pipeline.
• Report project and portfolio performance to senior management.
