Job summary

STRIVE Search is assisting an established Main Contractor in Blackrock, County Dublin, Ireland, seeking an experienced Site Manager for an educational project. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure safe, on-time, and budget-compliant delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction with a strong residential background, proven subcontractor management abilities, and a relevant construction qualification or trade background.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction with site management experience.
• Strong residential construction background.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and deliver projects to programme.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Maintain high Health & Safety and quality standards.
• Liaise with project teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues and oversee snagging and handover.
