Job summary

Alpine Recruitment Group in partnership with our client, a national building company, is seeking a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee two apartment developments in South County Dublin, valued at approximately €110M. Role requires presence on-site two days per week on each site with one day per week WFH, coordinating full site teams including PMs, APs, SMs, Foremen, Engineers and QSs.

Prior high-rise residential experience with an established Main Contractor is preferred, and a lucrative

Qualifications

• Prior senior contracts management experience in construction
• High-rise residential project exposure preferred
• Experience coordinating multiple on-site teams

Responsibilities

• Oversee contracts for two apartment developments in South County Dublin
• Lead commercial teams (PM, AP, SM, Foremen, Engineers, QS) across sites
• Manage supplier and subcontractor relationships and profitability
