Job summary

Talent Partners Limited in Dublin is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a large mobile operation across Dublin and the Leinster region. You will oversee a team of about 40 field-based employees, reporting to a senior manager, with accountability for performance, budgets and service delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data skills and experience managing sizeable teams in a target-driven environment.

Contracts Manager - Mobile Operations, Dublin

Talent Partners are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a large mobile operation across Dublin and the wider Leinster region.

The role will involve managing a team of approximately 40 field-based employees operating across more than 450+ locations, supported by a direct report and team leaders.

This is a hands-on operational leadership position with responsibility for people, performance, budgets, KPIs and service delivery.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, motivating and developing a mobile workforce
• Managing operational performance, targets and KPIs
• Monitoring budgets and supporting P&L performance
• Analysing data, trends and productivity to improve performance
• Managing absence, disciplinary and grievance matters
• Driving service standards and continuous improvement
• Ensuring effective deployment of teams across multiple locations
• Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

We are looking for someone who is:

• Self-motivated, driven and comfortable taking ownership
• Strong with data and confident interpreting operational information
• Experienced in managing sizeable teams
• Commercially aware and experienced with budgets and KPIs
• Experienced in a target-driven operational environment
• Confident dealing with day-to-day people management issues
• Organised and capable of managing multiple priorities

Experience managing mobile, field-based or geographically dispersed teams would be particularly relevant.

Package:

Circa €70,000 base salary plus car allowance, discretionary bonus and benefits.
