ICDS (UK) Ltd is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee large-scale residential housing developments in the Kildare and West Dublin region. You will lead multiple site teams, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The role requires proven experience in contracts management within residential construction, with strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and programme management skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager in residential construction.
• Experience delivering large-scale housing or mixed-use developments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commercial awareness with strong programme management ability.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential construction projects from inception through to completion.
• Manage and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and wider site teams.
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality, and safety targets.
• Monitor project performance and report regularly to senior management.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and commercial departments.
• Drive programme delivery and resolve any operational issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
