Talent Partners Limited in Dublin is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead a large mobile operation across Dublin and the Leinster region. You will oversee a team of about 40 field-based employees, reporting to a senior manager, with accountability for performance, budgets and service delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong data skills and experience managing sizeable teams in a target-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sizeable teams in field/mobile operations.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Proven budgeting and P&L awareness.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a mobile workforce across multiple locations.
• Manage operational performance, targets and KPIs.
• Monitor budgets and support P&L performance.
• Analyse data, trends and productivity to drive improvements.
• Manage absence, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Drive service standards and continuous improvement.
• Ensure effective deployment of teams across locations.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
