Job summary

GPC - Global Professional Consultants in Dublin region is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead multiple award-winning, multi-million-euro construction projects, guiding project teams through pre-construction to completion.

You will chair meetings, drive procurement, cost control, and manage commercial performance with QS and site teams, while ensuring BCAR compliance and high QA standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in construction.
• Strong knowledge of Irish contracts and BCAR requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication and team management skills.
• High commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, QSs, and site staff.
• Chair pre-contract, progress, and project close-out meetings.
• Support early design coordination and subcontractor engagement.
• Monitor site operations, logistics, and overall project performance.
• Identify programme risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

• Manage commercial performance in conjunction with QS and project teams.
• Oversee procurement, budgets, and cost control across all projects.
• Support resolution of claims, variations, and contractual issues.
• Drive strong health & safety performance across all sites.
• Ensure high-quality delivery and compliance with QA standards and BCAR requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Salary

Salary Package: €115,000 €125,000 (DOE)
