Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Contract Manager in Ireland to lead pre- and post-contract activities for the Infrastructure Department. You will manage Work Orders, monitor KPI performance, and guide procurement, legal, and project teams through contract administrations.

The role requires extensive NEC experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to develop contract strategies and manage stakeholder relationships across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Lead contractual management and provide guidance to project teams.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience with NEC or similar contract suites is desirable.
• Ability to develop and implement contract management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage pre- and post-contract requirements for infrastructure projects.
• Oversee work order administration from award to completion and takeovers.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage KPI monitoring against NEC frameworks.
• Review and approve subcontractor documentation and performance.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms and internal procedures.
