Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within construction, facilities management, building services, or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction, tendering, cost planning, and project delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Good commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, margins, and financial performance.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and CDM requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end to end from inception through to completion and close-out.
• Lead project scoping, tendering, and cost planning activities.
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
• Take accountability for commercial performance, payments, and final accounts.
• Identify and develop new project opportunities and pipeline.
• Ensure QHSE standards and CDM compliance on all sites.
