Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin is offering a full-time, permanent Content Moderation role focused on reviewing sensitive content and client workflows. Training is on site for 4 weeks in Dublin, with 40-hour weeks across shifts from 7am to 10pm, Mon-Sun.

Applicants must have the right to work in Ireland and pass criminal and credit checks. The role requires Content Moderation experience and involves quality review of client processes, escalation handling, and awareness of regional cultural contexts

• Content Moderation Experience is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Content Moderation - review sensitive content including organizing or credibly threatening violence, promoting self-harm, theft, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, spam and malware.
• ID Review and Authenticity/Access Flows.
• Escalations.
• Support quality review of Client workflows: HERO (viral content) and DOI (Dangerous Organization).
• Be aware of cultural/regional differences for policy decisions in line with Client abuse standards.
