Job summary

Teleperformance in Dublin City Centre is recruiting a Multi Channel- Quality Expert Reviewer (Spanish speaker) for the evening shift. The role is full-time, onsite, 40 hours per week, with a start at 16:30 and finish at 01:30.

Training lasts four weeks on site in Dublin. You will support quality reviews of client workflows, perform content moderation across topics including violence, self-harm, hate speech, and other policy areas, and handle ID review, authenticity flows, and escalations.

Qualifications

• Must have evidence of previous content moderator experience.
• Onsite Dublin city centre role with no work-from-home option.
• Permanent full-time position with 40 hours per week and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support quality review of client workflows.
• Moderate content across topics including violence, self-harm, hate speech, nudity, and more.
• Perform ID review and authenticity checks; manage escalations.
• Work with the GRO/Global Risk focus areas as required.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure policy enforcement and training adherence.
