Job summary

McMorrow Contractors Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple concurrent commercial and private construction contracts. You will drive planning, delivery, and oversight to ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards, while exceeding client expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, proactive risk management, and effective communication with clients, design teams, site management, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and ability to build strong work relationships.
• 3–5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to direct and manage site personnel, staff and subcontractors and coordinate weekly progress meetings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, management, and delivery of projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve programme, budget, and quality objectives.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes ensuring key milestones are met.
• Maintain communication with clients, design teams, site management and senior leadership.

McMorrow Contractors Ltd has a job opening for an experienced Construction Project Manager with immediate start. The role includes leading project operations across various contracts both Commercial and Private Construction that run concurrently, being responsible for projects being delivered on time, on budget, to the highest quality standards, and exceeding clients expectations.

Duties

• Oversee planning, management, and delivery of projects Lead site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure programme, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, ensuring key milestones are met Maintain strong communication with clients, design teams, site management and senior leadership
• Ensure strict compliance with Health and Safety legislation and company policies identify and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving issues on site participate in progress meetings, reporting on programme, cost control, and project performance.
• Be the main point of contact for the client with responsibility for engaging with the client Provide leadership to the projects construction team to ensure works carried out Responsible for daily operations of site

Need to have:

• Ability to demonstrate leadership, while building strong work relationships
• Minimum 3-5 years experience
• Good interpersonal and written communication
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
