Job summary

Search Talent in Dublin is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead high-rise residential and mixed-use developments at Adamstown and Kilternan. You will own delivery from pre-construction to handover, driving programme, commercial performance, quality and safety.

This senior role requires strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams across multiple stakeholders and interfaces.

Project Manager – High-Rise Residential & Mixed-Use Developments

Locations: Adamstown & Kilternan, Dublin

We are seeking experienced Project Managers to lead the delivery of major high-rise residential and mixed-use developments at our clients Adamstown and Kilternan sites.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of complex developments, leading projects from pre-construction through to completion while driving programme, commercial performance, quality and safety.

The Role

You will have overall responsibility for coordinating and delivering projects safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget. Working closely with the Development, Commercial and Design teams, you will lead a multidisciplinary project team and ensure all aspects of project delivery are managed to the highest standards.

This is a senior leadership position requiring strong commercial awareness, technical knowledge and the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Leadership

• Lead the delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments from pre-construction to completion.
• Establish and implement project strategies aligned with programme, budget and business objectives.
• Monitor project performance, proactively managing programme, risk and quality.
• Lead, manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of approximately eight direct reports.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate resources effectively throughout each stage of the project.
• Work closely with the in-house Commercial team to manage budgets, procurement and financial performance.
• Monitor project programmes, identify potential delays and implement recovery measures.
• Drive value engineering initiatives while protecting quality and design standards.

Design & Construction

• Coordinate design teams, consultants, contractors and specialist subcontractors.
• Ensure design integration, buildability and statutory compliance.
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning and final project handover.

Stakeholder Management

• Develop strong relationships with internal teams, consultants, contractors and statutory authorities.
• Chair project meetings and provide clear progress reports to senior management.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout project delivery.
