Job summary

Brightpath Recruitment is seeking a Construction Manager to lead on a high-profile project in the Kildare area. You will coordinate on-site construction activities, supervise subcontractors and site teams, and ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive progress against the programme, maintain HSEQ compliance and implement company procedures on site. This is a full-time, permanent role with long-term career opportunities within a respected

• Relevant trade background or construction-related qualification.
• Minimum 7 years' experience in Construction Management.
• Experience delivering medium to large-scale projects.
• Supervise subcontractors, forepersons and site personnel to achieve delivery targets.
• Implement and maintain company HSEQ systems and procedures.

Role Overview

As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site construction activities to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality project delivery. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will supervise subcontractors, forepersons and site teams, maintain compliance with HSEQ procedures, and drive progress in line with programme targets.

• A relevant trade background or construction related qualification
• Proven experience in a Construction Management role with a minimum of 7 years’ experience
