Job summary

Global Professional Consultants seeks a Contracts Manager to oversee delivery across multiple residential projects in Cork, Ireland. You will lead site teams, manage programme, cost and quality, and report to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities include commercial performance, risk management, stakeholder liaison with clients and design teams, and ensuring CDM compliance across all sites. Previous main contractor experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager with a main contractor.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, ideally large-scale residential.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.

Contracts Manager

Contracts Manager required for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to oversee delivery across several large-scale projects in Cork. This is a multi-project role, with a strong pipeline of further projects planned across the region. Our client is specifically looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to take commercial and operational responsibility across multiple sites. The successful Contracts Manager will report to the Operations Director.
