Job summary

The Heritage in Killenard, Co. Laois, Ireland, seeks an experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to join the team on site. The role requires working shifts including early, late, weekends and bank holidays, with responsibility for guest satisfaction and service standards.

You will supervise and train B&B colleagues, uphold SOPs, manage stock and ensure HACCP compliance across the conference and banqueting areas. A professional, proactive leader is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in conference and banqueting operations.
• Ability to supervise and train C&B colleagues to SOPs.
• Knowledge of HACCP and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee food & beverage service in conference and banqueting.
• Supervise, train and develop C&B staff.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws and SOPs.
• Assist with stock takes and stock control.
• Upsell during events to maximise sales targets.
• Maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.
