Job summary

The Heritage in Laois offers a sophisticated experience in hospitality with a luxury hotel and award-winning spa. We are seeking an experienced Conference and Banqueting Supervisor to lead our Conference and Banqueting Team and ensure impeccable service.

You will supervise and train C&B colleagues, manage stock, uphold HACCP and hygiene standards, and drive upselling to meet sales targets while maintaining the hotel's ethos and guest focus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising conference and banqueting teams in a hotel setting.
• Ability to train and develop staff and manage stock takes.
• Knowledge of licensing laws, SOPs and HACCP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop C&B colleagues to deliver high standards.
• Ensure room setups for conferences and events.
• Uphold licensing, hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Assist with stock control and supplier liaison to ensure timely supplies.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell products and services.
